PODS

     We are based out of Yerington Nevada and were created based on the need to educate parents of disabled students on programs available to them through the Lyon County School District. 

     We are also a support group sharing stories, trials and tribulations as well as being available when others are in need.  We will have meetings to discuss issues with our students and SOLUTIONS. As a group, we can lean on and learn from each other to be more aware, conscientious and pro-active parents.

     Teachers, Administrators, School Board Members, and County Commissioners are also welcome. Our main goal is to work with and educate the educators so they can learn about our children’s special needs.  This will allow teachers, parents and students to work together for a peaceful learning environment.
